Shame & judgement-free ADHD Treatment for Women
As a therapist with the lived experience of being a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, I get it.
I also know that each person’s experience is unique and that your experience may be vastly different than my own, or from many of my other client’s experiences with navigating ADHD.
What I know for certain, is that many women who struggle with ADHD (diagnosed or not) struggle with a variety of concerns, and often experience some level of shame about how their brains function compared to those of their neurotypical peers.
Therapy with me is a safe space to be your authentic self, unapologetically.
It is a space to feel seen, feel heard, and feel understood - maybe for the first time in your life.

online and in-person ADHD Assessments for women
Through interviews in combination with two common ADHD screening tools, I can assess whether or not you are experiencing ADHD and can provide you with a diagnosis if you so desire. ADHD assessments are available for women 18+.
The screeners that I use during the assessment include the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Symptom Checklist and the DIVA-5: Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults (3rd edition).
If you are interested in an ADHD assessment ONLY, and are not interested in engaging in further therapy sessions, there is a flat rate fee of $300. These assessments will run approximately 2 hours, which can either occur in one 2-hour long appointment, or over the course of two 1-hour long appointments.
Please note that I am a masters-level Licensed Professional Counselor, and not a psychologist or neurologist; if you require an evaluation from a doctorate-level individual, there are other providers who would be a better fit for your needs.
Women’s ADHD Self-Assessment
Though not to be used as a diagnostic tool, the link below takes you to a women’s ADHD self-assessment that may give you a better understanding of whether or not it could be helpful to pursue an ADHD diagnosis or therapy focused on treating ADHD symptoms (with or without a formal diagnosis).
