What to expect after contacting me
Before scheduling your first appointment, we will do a free 15-minute consultation call (phone or video), and pending that we are a good fit for one another, we will then schedule your initial session.
During your initial consultation call, I will ask you to share a bit about what is bringing you to seek out therapy and invite you to ask any questions that you have about the therapeutic process. This is an informal way to get to know each other and see if we’re a good match!

I typically respond within 48 business hours of your inquiry; if you happen to reach out on a Friday afternoon, I will get back to you by the following Monday.
Where to Find Me
Directions from Rt. 422 W: take the Limerick/Linfield exit, and turn right onto Lewis Road. Limerick Medical Building will be on your left after you pass the Honda & Toyota dealerships. Park in one of the designated spots in the parking lot and enter the front of the building.
Upon entering the building, follow the signs to LabCorp, and instead of turning right at the end of the hallway into Labcorp, enter the suite immediately to your left, and have a seat in the waiting room. I will come and get you at the start of your appointment time. Please call/text with any issues finding the office: 484-938-8144.
