FAQs about therapy services

I will respond within 48 business hours of your inquiry; if you happen to reach out on a Friday afternoon, I will get back to you by the following Monday. 

Before scheduling your first appointment, we will do a free 15-minute consultation call (phone or video) where we will ensure that we are a good fit for one another and I will answer any questions that you have. We will then schedule your initial session and you will be sent a link to complete any necessary initial paperwork prior to your first session. Paperwork must be completed prior to your first session. 

Forty-eight hours before all sessions, you will get an email reminder and telehealth link (if appropriate) for your session; you will also get text reminders 24 hours and 15 minutes prior all sessions. 

What should I expect after contacting you?

All in-person sessions will be held within Limerick Medical Building, located at 649 N. Lewis Rd., Royersford, PA 19468. 

Directions from Rt. 422 W: take the Limerick/Linfield exit, and turn right onto Lewis Road. Limerick Medical Building will be on your left after you pass the Honda & Toyota dealerships. Park in one of the designated spots in the parking lot and enter the front of the building. Upon entering the building, follow the signs to LabCorp, and instead of turning right at the end of the hallway into Labcorp, enter the suite immediately to your left, and have a seat in the waiting room. I will come and get you at the start of your appointment time. Please call/text with any issues finding the office: 484-938-8144.

All virtual sessions are held via Simple Practice’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Virtual sessions can be accessed on any device that allows for audio and video connection. If you are accessing your session from a tablet or phone, you will need to download the app (see appointment reminder for more info).

Where will our sessions be held?

  • Individual therapy sessions are $140 per 50-min session. 
  • Group therapy sessions are $60 per 50-min session. 
  • ADHD Assessments are a flat $300 fee.
  • Contact me for fees regarding clinical consultation and speaking engagements. I have three fee structure options for licensure supervision, and they are as follows: 

1. $85 per hour for individual supervision; $50 per hour for group supervision (when available)
2. $250 per month for one hour of individual supervision per week. 
3. $400 per month, which includes either 2 hours of individual supervision per week or 1 hour of individual and 1 hour of group supervision per week (when group supervision is available). 

What are your fees? 

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, FSA & HSA cards.
  • Venmo.
  • Cash or personal checks. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I am considered an “out-of-network” (OON) provider and do not take insurance. If you have OON benefits with your insurance provider, you can potentially get reimbursed for a portion of your session fees. If you are unsure of whether or not you have OON benefits, reach out to your insurance provider and ask. If you do have OON benefits, you can submit your "super bill" (i.e., detailed receipt of services) that you will receive from me each month to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Do you take insurance?

I do require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in a charge for your full session fee.
