A space for women & moms with ADHD to feel seen, supported, and understood.
If you’ve ever thought, Why does life feel harder for me than it seems for everyone else?, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
My services are designed to meet you where you are, whether you want one-on-one support, a community of women who get it, clarity through an ADHD assessment, or professional guidance in your own clinical work.
One-on-one sessions give us the space to dig deep, explore what’s really going on, and work together to find strategies that fit your life (and your brain).
We’ll look at how ADHD shows up in your daily routines, relationships, and self-esteem — and how past experiences may still be impacting the way you move through the world. We’ll also explore mindfulness, body awareness, and practical tools so you can feel more grounded and less overwhelmed.
This is a collaborative space — you bring your lived experience, I bring my clinical expertise (and lived experience, too), and together we figure out what actually works for you.
Individual Trauma-Informed Therapy
ADHD can feel incredibly isolating — but in a group of women who truly understand, something shifts. Group therapy is a chance to feel less alone, share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and learn new ways to navigate life from people who get it in a way no book or article ever could.
We’ll cover ADHD-specific topics like time management, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, but we’ll also hold space for the real-life stuff that pops up — parenting struggles, burnout, relationships, and more. It’s equal parts support group, skills workshop, and judgment-free zone.
Group Therapy
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD might explain the challenges you’ve been facing, an assessment can give you clarity. My ADHD assessments combine conversation, observation, and two evidence-based tools:
Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1)
DIVA-5: Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults
Assessments take about two hours total (either one 2-hour session or two 1-hour sessions) and are available at a flat rate of $300 if you’re not planning to continue with therapy afterward. If ADHD is indicated, I can provide a formal diagnosis.
Please note: I am a master’s-level Licensed Professional Counselor, not a psychologist or neurologist. If your situation requires an evaluation by a doctorate-level provider, I can help you find a referral.
ADHD Assessments
I offer supervision for pre-licensed counselors and clinical consultation for licensed therapists who want to feel more confident supporting clients with ADHD, trauma, or both. My style is supportive, collaborative, and practical — we’ll talk through real cases, expand your clinical toolkit, and help you grow in a way that aligns with your values as a therapist.
Licensure Supervision & Clinical Consultation
I’ll respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours (if you reach out Friday afternoon, you’ll hear from me by Monday). Before scheduling, we’ll have a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to make sure we’re a good fit. I’ll answer your questions, and if we decide to work together, I’ll send you the intake paperwork to complete before our first session.
You’ll get email reminders 48 hours before every session, and text reminders 24 hours and 15 minutes before we meet.
Individual Therapy: We’ll go over your history, current concerns, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll set some goals and a treatment plan.
Group Therapy: You’ll complete a short consult call to make sure the group is a good fit, then fill out an intake form before starting.
ADHD Assessment: We’ll complete the assessment tools and interview process to determine whether ADHD is a likely diagnosis.
Therapy can be short-term or long-term — it’s completely up to you. Sometimes our focus shifts as life shifts. We might work on building systems that work with your ADHD brain, exploring past experiences, learning to regulate emotions, or developing more self-compassion. This is your journey — I’m here to support and guide, not dictate.
Some clients start weekly, then move to every other week or monthly. We’ll check in regularly to see what’s working and what’s not. And if you decide to take a break or end therapy, you can always come back in the future when you need support again.
