Women & ADHD: A Virtual Support Group
Location: Virtual (available for anyone located in PA)
Schedule: Mondays at 12:30pm beginning 6/9/25
Fees: $60 per 50-minute session
Group may be capped to ensure an intimate environment.
Must pre-register to attend & complete a pre-screening call to join the group.
A trauma-informed therapy support group for women with ADHD who are struggling to navigate adulthood living with ADHD & who are looking for strategies to learn to thrive with their ADHD brain.

Facilitated by Avery Wasmanski, licensed therapist, ADHD specialist & fellow woman with ADHD, Women & ADHD: A Virtual Support Group, will tackle many of the common concerns and lived experiences that show up in the lives of women who are living with ADHD. Being a part of this ongoing group will facilitate:
Accessing peer support & a sense of community from other women experiencing similar challenges
Navigating a late diagnosis
Coping with emotional dysregulation
Tackling executive dysfunction issues
Navigating time management
Learning to be a better advocate for yourself
Practicing mindfulness techniques that you can integrate into your everyday
Learning about how to work with your beautiful ADHD brain, rather than against it
Parenting with ADHD
Navigating challenges in the workplace with ADHD

This group is held virtually every Monday at 12:30pm. Pre-registration is required. You will receive a link to the group after registering.

The fee is $60 per group session (each session runs approx. 50 minutes). 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged a late cancel/no show fee.

Nope! Attend when you are able; however, you must pre-register to attend and you must give 24 hours notice if you decide that you are unable to attend on a date that you registered for.

Nope, no formal diagnosis needed. Prior to attending the group for the first time, you will complete a pre-screening call with Avery to determine if this group is a good fit for you.
