Therapy for Women & Moms with ADHD
I help my clients move from constant overwhelm to feeling more grounded, supported, and in control of their lives.
You’ve read the productivity tips, bought the planners, downloaded the apps… but staying focused still feels impossible.
I’m Avery Wasmanski
I help my clients move from constant overwhelm to feeling more grounded, supported, and in control of their lives. Whether you see me in-person in my Royersford office or online from the comfort of your couch, you’ll find a space that’s warm, authentic, and just real.
Is this just how life is supposed to feel?
Or could it be ADHD?
Some of my clients have a formal diagnosis, others just have a hunch — but all of them are tired of trying to “just try harder” and want a new way forward.
I work primarily with women and moms in their late 20s through early 40s — people who are smart, capable, and resourceful, but feel like they’re constantly running on empty. Many are balancing careers, parenting, and the invisible mental load that never shuts off.
I’m not a “blank slate” therapist. I bring my humanity into the room — my lived experience as a mom of two, a fellow late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, and someone who knows firsthand how heavy the mental load can be. I balance good boundaries and professionalism with being a real human, whether that means sitting on the floor with you, laughing together, or dropping the occasional F-bomb when the moment calls for it.
