Virtual Support Groups for women with ADHD

Group Therapy

Virtual (available for anyone located in PA)


Location

Mondays at 12:30 pm from 9/15/25-11/17/25. The group runs for 10 weeks.

Schedule

$60 per 50-minute session; please commit to attending at least 8 out of 10 weeks. 

Fees

The group will be capped at 9 participants to ensure an intimate environment; a minimum of 4 participants are needed for the group to run.

Must pre-register to attend & complete a pre-screening call to join the group.

Women 18+ in Pennsylvania who are looking for a sense of community, belonging, and a strong desire to feel understood.

Forty-eight hours before all sessions, you will get an email reminder and telehealth link (if appropriate) for your session; you will also get text reminders 24 hours and 15 minutes prior all sessions. 

Who is this group for?

This group is held virtually every Monday at 12:30pm. Pre-registration is required. You will receive a link to the group after registering. 

When is this group held?

The fee is $60 per group session (each session runs approx. 50 minutes). 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged a late cancel/no show fee.  available). 

What is the cost?

Nope! Attend when you are able; however, you must pre-register to attend and you must give 24 hours notice if you decide that you are unable to attend on a date that you registered for. 

Do you have to attend every week?

Nope, no formal diagnosis needed. Prior to attending the group for the first time, you will complete a pre-screening call with Avery to determine if this group is a good fit for you. 

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend?

Nope! You don’t have to be a current client to join a group.

Do I have to be a current therapy client to join the group?

Please complete my contact form to initiate scheduling a pre-screening call to see if you’re a good fit for the group.Once you’ve completed a pre-screening call, you will be sent a link for the date(s) that you plan on attending.
