Women & ADHD: Virtual Support Groups

Group Therapy

Virtual (you MUST be located in PA at the time of the group session)

Location

Drop-in support groups begin on Tuesday, 3/10 at 10 AM, and Friday, 3/13 at 12 PM. Groups are currently scheduled through mid-June 2026:

  • Before joining your first drop-in group, you’ll complete the contact form on my website so that we can schedule a free consult call to ensure that this group is a good fit for you. Following your consult call, you’d complete the intake paperwork (it’s not that terrible, I promise), & then register at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled drop-in group. Once you’re registered, I’ll share the Zoom link for the drop-in group, and boom…you’re in. Join as little or as often as you’d like.
  • Each group runs for 50(ish) minutes, and is a $60 investment.
  • There will be a scheduled psychoeducational topic for each scheduled drop-in group that will be discussed at the beginning of the session & then an open discussion will follow. Other relevant topics that participants bring to each group are welcomed, as well as encouraged.

Please complete my contact form here to get started.

Groups are capped at 9 participants to ensure an intimate environment.

Please complete my contact form here to get started. A free 15-minute pre-screening call is required in order to register for the group.

Please note that by registering for the 6-session group series, you are committing to paying for all 6-sessions of the group, even if you are unable to attend all scheduled sessions.

If you cannot commit to attending all sessions, please consider my drop-in group options as an alternative.

Women & ADHD: A Virtual Support Group (6-Session Series)

A formal diagnosis is not required to attend groups. Prior to attending your first group, you will complete a pre-screening call to determine if the group is a good fit for you.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend?

Women & ADHD Group FAQs

If you register for a 6-session group, you are committing to attend all 6 sessions to the best of your ability, with the understanding that life happens. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know so that I can plan ahead. If you can't commit to attending all 6-sessions of a group, please consider joining one of my lower-commitment, drop-in groups!

If you register to attend a drop-in group, you must give 24-hours notice if you are unable to attend, otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.

Do you have to attend every session?

Please complete my contact form to schedule a pre-screening call to see if you’re a good fit for the group. Once you’ve completed a pre-screening call, you will be sent the intake paperwork and information on how to join the virtual group.

How do I register?

Nope! You don’t have to be a current client of mine to join a group, but if you're interested in seeking out individual therapy in addition to group therapy, you can do both (pending availability). If you see an individual therapist at another practice, that's also more than okay!

Do I have to be a current therapy client to join the group?

By signing up for a 6-session group, you commit to paying for all 6 sessions. You can choose between two payment structures for the 6-session groups:
  • Pay per session ($60). Payments are charged after each scheduled group session, OR
  • Pay in full prior to the first session and get a 10% discount (total of $324 due before the group starts).

Drop-in groups are $60 per session; there are no discounts offered for attending multiple drop-in groups.

What is the cost?

Adult women with ADHD (or suspected ADHD) who are looking for a sense of community, belonging, and a strong desire to feel understood. These groups are for those who want to learn how to work with their ADHD brains, rather than against it.

Who are these groups for?
